Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, plus transit time. All orders are shipped through UPS and USPS. You will be notified if further days to process the order are necessary, most likely before the order is placed.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during the shipping process. 

International Orders

International Shipping is provided through UPS and USPS.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing plus transit time. Both shipping service will ship your package to the country provided then transferred to your local postal service.

For international shipping more often than not you can expect delays to happen at customs.  All packages are subject to laws, duties, and taxes of their destination country.  It is your responsibility. to reach out to your local customs office if your package is held for any reason to resolve any pending actions needed. If there are any additional fees please keep in mind that the these our out of Brand Builders Co. control apart from the shipping fees.  We would not be able to contact or support any customs offices.
